1cupshredded cheddar cheese
sliced green onions for garnish if desired
Instructions
In a medium mixing bowl mix together sour cream, ranch dressing mix, bacon bits and shredded cheddar cheese by hand or with an electric mixer on medium speed.
Refrigerate at least one hour before serving. Garnish with sliced green onions before serving if desired.

Notes
Store leftover crack dip in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3-4 days. Before serving again give it a quick stir as it may have separated slightly.
