Ingredients

  • 1 package Hawaiian rolls (12 count)
  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • 6 slices Colby Jack cheese
  • 2 ½ cups shredded chicken breasts or rotisserie
  • 10 slices bacon cut into ½” pieces
  • ¼ cup butter
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 teaspoons dried parsley
  • 2 Tablespoon Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and line a small baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Add bacon pieces to a large skillet over medium heat. Cook until crispy, drain and set aside. While the bacon is cooking, begin assembling the sandwiches.
  • Cut the Hawaiian sliders in half, like one large sandwich.
  • Place the bottom half on the prepared baking sheet with the cut side up.
  • Put half of the cheese slices on the bottom half of the rolls.
  • Spread the chicken in an even layer over the cheese. Then spread the cooked bacon pieces over the chicken. Drizzle the ranch dressing over bacon evenly. Then place the top of the rolls back on top.
  • In a microwave safe bowl melt the butter. Once melted add the garlic powder, onion powder, and dried parsley. Stir until combined.
  • Brush the melted butter mixture over the tops of the sliders and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
  • Wrap the tray of sliders with aluminum foil. Bake in the preheated oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for another 5 minutes until the tops are golden brown and the cheese is melted.

Notes

While these sliders are best fresh, you can store leftovers! Just transfer cooled sliders to an airtight container or wrap them individually.
FRIDGE: Store in the fridge for about 2 days. Keep in mind that the longer you store the leftovers, the more soggy the bun will be.
FREEZER: To freeze leftover sliders, wrap them in plastic wrap and then transfer to a freezer bag. Freeze for up to 2 months, and allow to thaw before reheating.
Leftovers are best reheated in the oven until warm. Keep in mind that they will likely be pretty soggy once reheated!
