In a large skillet, brown sausage over medium-high heat until it is no longer pink. Drain off excess grease and return it back to the same pan.
Add the sour cream, cream cheese and rotel to the pan with the cooked meat. Heat over low heat until the cream cheese is melted and the mixture is creamy and smooth.
Remove from heat, and allow it to sit for 5 minutes until thickened. Serve and enjoy!

In a large skillet brown sausage over medium-high heat until it is no longer pink. Drain off excess grease.
Combine the cooked sausage, sour cream, cream cheese and Rotel in a slow cooker. Stir to combine.
Heat the mixture on low for 2-3 hours, stirring several times until the cream cheese melts.
